The Archive is more than two separate photography sessions. It is an ongoing creative relationship.
We begin with a private conversation about your life, the people who matter, and the seasons ahead. From there, we thoughtfully plan two Chapters that feel distinct while belonging to the same evolving story.
Because our work continues across the year, there is greater familiarity, trust, and creative freedom. I am able to notice the details, relationships, and changes that might otherwise pass quietly.”

Membership carries its own privileges: preferred annual value, priority access, analog documentation, and the continuity of creating with someone who already knows your story.
Rather than beginning again with every session, we continue from where the last Chapter ended—allowing the photographs to become more personal, connected, and honest over time.
The preferred member investment for an additional Archive Chapter will be $1,250.

The digital photographs preserve the fullness of the experience, while film brings its own sense of texture, movement, imperfection, and memory. Together, they create a body of work that feels both immediate and timeless.

The Chapters are intentionally divided across the membership year:
Your first Chapter will be documented during the opening five months of membership, with your second reserved for months six through twelve.
This intentional rhythm gives us the opportunity to preserve two distinct seasons of your year—and everything that changes between them.
Both Chapters must take place during the active 12-month membership. Unused Chapters expire and do not roll over or create a refund or credit.
Time-sensitive circumstances, such as a birth or another significant milestone, may be considered individually.

The Archive was created to hold both the milestones and the quieter moments between them.

Sometimes it is a milestone you have anticipated for months. Sometimes it is a quiet season whose importance will only become clear with time.

The Archive is intentionally limited so that every member receives the time, attention, and creative care their story deserves.
Membership is available by invitation only. A limited number of new members are welcomed each year.

f we have not created together before, your journey begins with The First Chapter—an introductory documentary experience designed to help us become familiar with one another before an invitation into The Archive is considered.
The First Chapter is the beginning of a possible ongoing creative relationship. Completion does not automatically guarantee Archive membership.
PAST CLIENTS
The Archive offers past clients the opportunity to continue the story we have already started.
We return not to recreate what came before, but to preserve everything that has changed since. Past clients receive priority consideration for the limited number of memberships welcomed each year.

The annual Archive investment is $3,000.
A preferred pay-in-full investment of $2,850 and a three-payment option are available. Membership begins with a signed 12-month agreement and the initial $1,000 membership retainer.
Payment options divide the annual investment and do not create a monthly or cancel-anytime membership.
The initial $1,000 is the nonrefundable membership retainer and is applied toward the complete investment. It reserves one of the limited annual memberships and begins the planning process.

Membership does not renew automatically. Near the end of the term, I may personally extend a renewal invitation.
The Archive is a complete 12-month commitment to documenting your story with intention.
Selecting a payment option divides the annual investment; it does not create a month-to-month membership. Members must remain current on all payments before planning, scheduling, photographing, or receiving a gallery.
Archive Chapters may unfold at home, throughout Pittsburgh, or wherever your story leads.
Travel beyond 30 miles of Pittsburgh, along with admission, permits, parking, studio rentals, accommodations, transportation, and specialty experience costs, is quoted separately.
Travel time will not reduce the photography time included in a Chapter.

Volume I
Five years. Ten Chapters. One evolving visual history.
After five consecutive years in The Archive, your story will be preserved in an heirloom Volume I album—created to hold the years not as isolated sessions, but as one continuous body of work.
An album made not only for the life you are living now, but for the people who will one day inherit its story
Membership renewal is not automatic.
The Archive is renewed by invitation.
As one year draws to a close, continuing members may be invited to preserve the Chapters still ahead. Current members receive priority consideration, but renewal remains intentionally limited.
Is The Archive open to everyone?
The Archive is available by invitation only. A limited number of invitation requests are accepted each year so that every member receives a deeply personal experience.
Can I join if Natalia has never photographed me?
New clients begin with The First Chapter, an introductory documentary experience completed before an invitation into The Archive is considered.
When do the two Chapters take place?
Chapter One takes place during months one through five. Chapter Two is reserved for months six
through twelve and may be scheduled once the membership has been paid in full.
Can I add another Chapter?
Yes. Active members may reserve additional Chapters at a preferred member investment, subject
to availability.
Can my Chapters take place outside Pittsburgh?
Yes. Travel beyond 30 miles of Pittsburgh and any associated transportation, accommodations,
permits, admissions, parking, rentals, or specialty costs are quoted separately.
Does membership renew automatically?
No. Renewal is offered by personal invitation near the end of the active membership term.
Can an unused Chapter roll into the following year?
No. Both Chapters must be photographed during the active 12-month membership. Unused Chapters expire and do not create a refund, credit, transfer, or extension.
