Carnegie Museum of Art Bride and Groom

When I think about Oneida and Danner’s wedding day, the words romantic, dreamy, and artistic come to mind.

From the grand architecture of the Allegheny County Courthouse to the elegance of the Carnegie Museum of Art, their day was the perfect blend of timeless beauty and raw, real moments.

Carnegie Museum of Art Bride and Groom

I’m a documentary wedding photographer based in Pittsburgh, which means I focus less on stiff posing and more on capturing the true energy of the day.

I want my couples to feel like themselves. To laugh, to move, to be in the moment. That’s exactly what Oneida and Danner did.

Starting at the Allegheny County Courthouse

The courthouse is a dream location for wedding portraits. Towering stone arches. Dramatic staircases. Light that feels like it belongs in a classic film.

It’s one of my favorite Pittsburgh spots for couples who want an editorial yet authentic feel.

Oneida’s gown flowed effortlessly as she walked through the archways, and Danner couldn’t take his eyes off her.

No forced smiles—just pure connection.

Creating Cinematic Moments at the Carnegie Museum of Art

The Carnegie Museum of Art is a masterpiece in itself.

Every corner is filled with rich textures, marble floors, and timeless architecture that make you feel like you’ve stepped into another era.

We used that beauty to create cinematic moments inspired by both the art on the walls and the love between Oneida and Danner.

We ran across the museum’s long hallways, their laughter echoing through the space.

The movement brought such energy to their photos—it felt like a scene from a romantic film.

We paused under grand archways where light streamed in softly, turning their embrace into a work of art.

This is why I love this venue so much: it’s a place where architecture, history, and love blend seamlessly.

Why This Day Felt So Special

What made their wedding so unforgettable wasn’t just the locations—it was how they experienced it.

They were fully present. We wandered through hallways, shared quiet moments, and embraced the happy chaos of the day.

Every photograph tells a story. Every frame is alive with emotion.

If you’re looking for a Pittsburgh wedding photographer who will document your love story in a way that feels natural, artistic, and true to you, this is what I do best.

I believe your wedding photos should feel like you—romantic, joyful, and full of life.
